Registration fee:

Regular registration fee - $65 per person, until December 6, 2017.  

Late registration fee - $75 per person, starting December 7, 2017


Registration includes:

Access to all conference sessions, printed materials, refreshments, and lunch.


Registration deadlines:

Regular registration runs until Deceber 6, 2017.  


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received (email) by December 6, 2017 will receive a refund of 75% of their paid registration.  It is not possible to provide any refund after December 6, 2017 due to financial commitments to the conference venue and vendors.

Registration for the conference will be managed by the Louisiana Tech University Foundation.  Online registration accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express cards.  The link below will open the conference registration site in a new browser window.

Cash, check, or credit cards will be accepted onsite ($75).
